Clarity Photo Booths Rental Prices:

  • $150 per hour
  • Minimum of two hours and a maximum of 10 hours

For planning purposes, bookings must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date. If the event is less than 14 days away, please contact us for solutions.

Terms and Conditions

Payments and Cancellation

  • A non-refundable retainer fee (50% of rental cost) is due at the time of booking. The remainder of the payment will be due five days prior to the reserved date. If full payment has not been received five days prior to the booked date, the client may lose their booked event date as well as their retainer fee.
  • If the client cancels the booked event within five days of the event, they may lose the entire cost of the rental with no refund. If the client cancels more than five days before the booked event, they will only be responsible for the retainer fee and will NOT be responsible for the remainder of the rental cost.

Misc. Terms and Conditions:

  • A three-pronged electrical outlet will be required to operate the rented photo booth. The client will be responsible for additional extension cords if the closest electrical outlet is more than 30 ft from the photo booth location.
  • The photo booth will need an area of 6′ deep x 6 wide x 7′ high to operate in.
  • One or more (most likely no more than two) members of the Clarity Photo Booths team will be present for the duration of the booked event to troubleshoot any issues or answer questions regarding the photo booth.
  • Clarity Photo Booths agrees to have photo booth services up and running for at least 80% of the booked time. Photo booth services may be temporarily unavailable if unforeseen issues arise.
  • Outdoor rental locations must have a covered area that will protect the provider’s equipment from rain or other damaging weather conditions.
  • Clarity Photo Booths reserves the right to cancel a booking if there is inclement weather. This may be necessary to avoid personnel injuries and equipment damage. If Clarity Photo Booths cancels a booking due to inclement weather, a full refund will be issued to the client.
  • Any damage or misuse to the provider’s equipment may lead to an early termination of service and the rental period will end, without a refund. Client will be held liable for any damage done to the provider’s equipment and will be billed accordingly.
  • Any photo booth rental located in a major city will need to be reviewed by the Clarity Photo Booths team and may cost extra if deemed a hindrance. Please reach out prior to booking a photo booth rental inside a major city.
  • Any rental destination beyond a 30 mile radius of zip code 21060 will need to be approved by Clarity Photo Booths and may incur an additional charge of the providers choice, if the client would still like to book the event.
  • Clarity Photo Booths reserves the right to cancel any scheduled event at any time and agrees to give a complete refund if we cancel the event.
  • By scheduling a photo booth rental, the client agrees to allow Clarity Photo Booths to use all images, GIFs, and videos from scheduled events for marketing purposes.
